Joselito's artisanal Sobrasada is made with the finest prime cuts of pigs raised in open pastures, allowing them to benefit from the acorn production of holm oak and cork oak forests.
It has a smooth and compact appearance, with a homogeneous and slightly grainy texture. Its intense red color, characteristic of the product, indicates the presence of paprika, balanced with the orange hues typical of pork meat. Its surface may show a natural sheen, indicating its freshness and proper curing. When sliced, it reveals a uniform mass, free of cracks or exudate, a sign of careful and artisanal preparation.
The ingredients of Joselito Sobrasada are exclusively meat, paprika, sea salt, and spices. Kneaded and stuffed in natural casing.
