12 Joselito Ham Croquettes
(Net Weight: 300g)
Filling: milk, ham broth (ham broth with vegetables: ham cooking water, shoulder bones, ribs, spine, onion, carrot, leek, celery, and salt), Joselito ham (11%), wheat flour, and butter.
Breading: breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, and yeast) and pasteurized liquid egg.
Contains: Gluten, Egg, Celery, and Milk and its derivatives (including Lactose).
Store in the freezer at -18ºC.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 24h.
If the product is defrosted, consume it. Never refreeze.
1. Remove the cardboard packaging and plastic tray.
2. Heat abundant oil to 200ºC for 1-2 minutes.
3. Fry the croquettes until golden brown.
4. Finish in the oven at 200ºC for 3 minutes so the heat reaches the core of the product.
