The noble cuts of Joselito Fresh Meat come from Joselito 'Happy Pigs', raised in total freedom in the dehesa, where they roam more than 10 kilometers daily in search of their favorite food. During the Montanera season, they are fed 100% naturally, consuming up to 7 kg of acorns and 3 kg of grass daily. Thanks to this exceptional diet, their meat acquires a unique flavor and unparalleled organoleptic and health properties.
