Conservation
Store Joselito Nude Fresh Meat Selection refrigerated between 0-4 ºC.
Consumption
For refrigerated pieces: remove from the fridge 2 hours before consuming to reach room temperature. Unpack just before cooking.
For frozen pieces: defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove from the fridge 2 hours before consuming to reach room temperature. Unpack just before cooking.
Transport
Shipped via Seur Frío with controlled temperature, except on Mondays and Fridays.
