Salchichón Vela displays a combination of different color tones ranging from reddish to purple. This piece is made from a mix of minced meats exclusively from the noble cuts of the pig, seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and garlic.
The mixture is carefully kneaded and stuffed, then undergoes a natural curing process of three months, after which it becomes a delicate piece with a characteristic aroma and flavor, distinguished by its extra-fine mince and shiny appearance when sliced.
