With an elegant and smooth béchamel, speckled with small cubes of Joselito Chorizo that offer an explosion of flavor. A delicious bite, full of taste.

Ingredients
Filling: milk, Joselito chorizo (11%), wheat flour, butter, and salt.
Breading: breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, and yeast) and pasteurized liquid egg.
Contains: Gluten, Egg, and Milk and its derivatives (including Lactose).
Conservation
Store in the freezer at -18ºC.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 24h.
If the product is defrosted, consume it. Never refreeze.
Preparation
1. Remove the cardboard packaging and plastic tray.
2. Heat abundant oil to 200ºC for 1-2 minutes.
3. Fry the croquettes until golden brown.
4. Finish in the oven at 200ºC for 3 minutes so the heat reaches the core of the product.
