Salchichón Vela shows a combination of different shades, ranging from reddish to purple. This piece is composed of a mixture of minced meats that come exclusively from the noble parts of the pig, seasoned with sea salt, pepper and garlic
The whole is laboriously kneaded and stuffed and then undergoes a natural curing process of three months, after which it is possible to enjoy a delicate piece with a characteristic smell and taste that is effused when cut thanks to its extra-fine mince and shiny touch.

Whole piece vacuum-packed and wrapped in Joselito design gift wrapping paper.

CURING
Vela Salchichón has been cured naturally for more than 3 months.
CONSERVATION
Joselito Vela Salchichón should be stored in a cool, dry place.
PREPARATION
Joselito Vela Salchichón should be removed from its bag at least 24 hours before consumption.
CONSUMPTION
To appreciate the flavour and aroma of Joselito Vela Salchichón, it should be consumed at room temperature, between 20 and 25 ºC.
TASTING NOTE
Tender texture and juiciness resulting from its double mincing, and traditional production methods. Delicate flavour with light peppery notes. Smooth and soft mouthfeel. Salchichón Vela is characterised by its delicacy, resulting from the selected mincing of the meat and the contribution of the fat marbling in the muscles of the 100% naturally fed pig, which gives rise to a very harmonious, intense flavour with a unique aroma.
