Handmade product from adult pigs that are 100% naturally fed and reared extensively. Joselito Bacon is obtained from the thoracic and abdominal regions that undergoes the traditional salting, marinating and curing process, with a touch of thyme and rosemary that gives gravitas to a product that is already very aromatic.

Joselito Bacon should be enjoyed cut in very thin, almost transparent slices. It is a handmade piece, tasty and with a smooth and creamy texture that will delight diners at the table.


The ingredients in Joselito Bacon are: bacon, sea salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and thyme.


12 months of natural curing.


Vacuum-packed and wrapped in Joselito design paper.


Joselito Bacon should be stored in a cool, dry place until consumption.


Remove the packaging from the Joselito Bacon at least 1 hour before consumption.


To fully appreciate the organoleptic qualities of Joselito Bacon, it should be served at room temperature, between 20 and 25 °C.


Sublime creaminess that seduces every corner of the mouth with its juiciness. The consistency is subtly soft, with a delicate taste of aromatic herbs, such as thyme and rosemary, and a touch of pepper, which gives the product such a soft texture that it melts on contact with the palate.
