Joselito Shoulder comes from the foreleg of adult pigs, including the whole musculoskeletal part, and which is subjected to the corresponding salting, curing, ageing, and boning process.

Joselito Shoulder Ham is known for its great juiciness, delicate texture, and harmonious combination of the best meat with golden and pinkish fat marbling, from pigs raised exclusively in extensive farming and fed in a 100% natural way. Each precisely cut slice has an immense, aromatic flavour that melts on contact with the mouth due to its outstanding meatiness and refinement
