Chorizo is defined as a mixture of minced meat from the noble parts of the pig, seasoned with sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar, kneaded and stuffed into casings, which has undergone a maturation-drying process, characterised by its red colouring and its characteristic smell and taste.

When cut, it is characterised by a coarse mince and bright colouring typical of the fat marbling in the muscles of pigs reared in extensive farming.

In order to facilitate consumption and to enjoy all its qualities to the full, the slices, cut rigorously and to the appropriate thickness, will always be ready to take to the table.

The ingredients in Joselito Chorizo are: lean pork, sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar.

To appreciate the flavour and aroma of Joselito Chorizo, it should be consumed at room temperature between 20 and 25 ºC.
