Joselito Chorizo: lean pork, sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar.
Joselito Salchichón: lean pork, sea salt, pepper and garlic.
Joselito Chorizo: 6 months of natural curing.
Joselito Salchichón: 6 months of natural curing.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place.
The packaging should be removed from Joselito Pork Loin, Chorizo and Salchichón 24 hours before consumption.
To appreciate the flavour and aroma of Joselito Pork Loin, Chorizo and Salchichón, they should be consumed at room temperature, between 20 and 25 °C.
