    INGREDIENTS

    • Dough: milk, ham broth (ham broth with vegetables): cooking water from ham, shoulder bones, ribs, backbone, onion, carrot, leek, celery and salt), Joselito ham (11%), wheat flour and butter. 
    • Breading: breadcrumbs (wheat flourwater and yeast) and pasteurised liquid egg. 
    • Contains: Gluten, Egg, Celery and Milk and Milk products (including Lactose)

    CONSERVATION

    Store in the freezer at -18 °C.

    Once defrosted, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.

    If the product thaws, consume it and never refreeze it.

    PREPARATION

    1. Remove the cardboard packaging and the plastic tray
    2. Heat plenty of oil at 200 °C for 1-2 minutes
    3. Fry the croquettes until golden brown
    4. Finish in the oven at 200 °C for 3 minutes to allow the heat to reach the centre of the product
