Which areas and countries does Joselito send its products to?
Our products are sent to any point in Peninsular Spain, Baleares, Canarias and Ceuta and Melilla. Check the list of foreign countries to which we can send your order: Belgium Great Britain... If you would like to make a shipment to a country outside the list, please contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Once we register your order, it will be delivered in approximately 48 hours to any point of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. If the shipment is made outside Spain, the delivery time is 72 hours approx.
Do I have to pay shipping charges?
The shipping costs are free on orders over € 100 to any address in Peninsular Spain. For purchases lower than this amount, you can check the rates below. https://www.joselito.com/transporte.html Our products are delivered free of charge to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, for orders greater than 500 €. In the Balearic Islands, the shipping is free of charge for orders greater than 150 €. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to local customs procedures, and these charges must be borne by the customer.
Do I have to pay the shipping company?
No. Transportation is included in the total price of the order.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
How can I make a purchase through the website?
Making your order through our website is very simple and you do not need to open an account. In the products section, you will find everything you are looking for. Purchase any product through the purchase button and go directly to the shopping cart. Once you have chosen the products, you should check them in the "Shopping Bag" icon located in the upper right corner and you can proceed to payment through the "Payment processing" button. In the next screen you must enter your billing information - usually the address where the bank sends the summaries of the purchases made with your card - and select the option to send the order to the same address or indicate another address if that is the case. If your shipment is a gift, select "for Gift" and you can include a message next to your order. Then choose the form of payment; with credit card through our website or by bank transfer. On your right, you can see the summary of the order. Once you have filled in all the data, click on "Finalize purchase" and your order will be processed instantly. Afterwards, you will receive an email with the assigned order number and the summary of your purchase in the email that you provided us with in "Billing Data". You can check the status of your order through the "Tracking" tab, where you can access using your order number or with the email you provided us during your order. Once the order is shipped from the factory, you will also receive an email with the corresponding information. Finally, upon receipt of your order, we will send you a brief satisfaction survey that we would like you to fill out. Can I see the status of my order?

Can I modify or cancel an order?

How are the orders delivered?
The transport company will contact you through the telephone number indicated at the time of purchase to confirm the time of delivery. In the event of up to three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package, the carrier will advise you where to pick up the order at your nearest office.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Surprise someone with an exquisite gift from Joselito. Choose the product you want and we take care of the rest. Check the "for Gift" option when placing your order and you can leave a message for us to deliver along with the gift. The Joselito gift wrapping paper and the careful presentation will surely amaze the recipient
Can I know when my order will arrive?
Once you have placed your order and after receiving the confirmation email, you will receive a second email when the product leaves the factory with the tracking number and the link to follow the package.
Why can´t I receive emails?
It is possible that your email manager is wrongly classifying our messages in the SPAM folder or junk mail. If you do not find them, please contact us.
Do you accept product returns?
Yes. In order to return a product it must be intact and the packaging in perfect condition. Within a maximum period of 15 calendar days, you must contact us through the email store@joselito.com explaining the reason for the return and send us a photograph showing that the product is sealed and without any damage. Once we have confirmed that we can proceed with the return, you must send us the shipment. Shipping costs are borne by you. Our Quality Department will examine the case individually and we will contact you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the product does not offer the level of quality that Joselito guarantees, you must proceed to send us an email to store@joselito.com stating the reason for the return and we will indicate the steps to follow. Our main objective is to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction. Therefore, we will offer a possible solution in the shortest possible time.
How I can pay?
-You can make the payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) through our website. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will need the following information to process the payment: Cardholder Card number Expiry date CSC (Security code on the back of the card) - You also can make the payment by bank transfer. When processing the order, in "Payment method" select "Pay by bank transfer". The bank details will appear on the next page after clicking "Finish purchase", as well as in the email that you will receive when you submit your order. Once the transfer is received, we will send your order within the established period.
