QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Which areas and countries does Joselito ship to?
Our products are shipped anywhere in mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, France,
Belgium, Great Britain and Germany. If you wish to send an order to a country outside the list, please contact
us.
When will I receive my order?
Once we register your order, it will be delivered in approximately 48 hours anywhere on the Iberian Peninsula
and Balearic Islands. If the shipment to somewhere outside Spain, the delivery time is approximately 72 hours.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are free on orders over €100 to any address in mainland Spain. For purchases below this amount,
please check shipping fees. https://www.joselito.com/transporte.html Free delivery of our orders in the Canary
Islands, Ceuta and Melilla applies to all orders over €500. In the Balearic Islands shipping will be free of
charge for orders over €150. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to local customs,
the charges for which must be borne by the customer.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is included in the total price of the order.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
How can I make a purchase through the website?
Ordering through our website is very simple and you don’t need to create a user account. In the products section
you will find everything you are looking for. Purchase any product by clicking the buy button and they will go
directly to the shopping cart. Once you have chosen the products, you should review them in the “Shopping Cart”
icon in the top right corner and you can proceed to the payment through the “Process Payment” button. On the
next screen you must enter your billing details — usually the address where the bank sends the statements for
card purchases — and select the option to send the order to the same address or to indicate another address if
necessary. If your shipment is a gift, select “This order is a gift” and you will be able to include a message
with your order. Next, choose your payment method; by credit card via our website or by bank transfer. On your
right you will see your order summary. Once you have filled in all the details, click on “Finalise purchase” and
your order will be processed immediately. You will then receive an email with your order number and the summary
of your purchase at the email address you provided in “Invoicing data”. You can check the status of your order
through the “Tracking” tab, which you can access with your order number and the email address you provided when
you placed your order. Once the order has left the factory, you will also receive an email with the
corresponding information. Finally, upon receipt of your order, we will send you a short satisfaction survey
that we would like to ask you to fill in. Our customers’ feedback is very important to us and helps us to
improve our services for future customers.
Can I see the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order on our website. Select “Tracking” at the bottom of the page and enter your
order number and email address to see if your order is being processed or if it has been shipped. You can also
print and view previous orders and invoices. You can also visit the “Tracking” section to ask us to process your
invoice.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
We start preparing your order as soon as we confirm it. However, as long as the order has not left the factory,

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT
How are orders delivered?
The shipping company will contact you by phone at the time of purchase to confirm the time of delivery. In the
event of up to three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package, the carrier will tell you the location of its
nearest office so you can pick up the shipment.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Surprise someone with an exquisite Joselito gift. Choose the product you want and we’ll take care of the rest.
Check the “This order is a gift” option when placing your order and you can leave a message for us to deliver it
along with the gift. The Joselito wrapping paper and careful presentation will delight the recipient.
Can I find out when my order will arrive?
Once you have placed your order and received the confirmation email, you will receive a second email when the
product leaves the factory with the tracking number and the link to track the package.
Why am I not receiving emails?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can’t find them, please contact us again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. To return a product, it must be intact and with the packaging in perfect condition. You must contact us by
email at store@joselito.com within 15 calendar days explaining the reason for the return and send us a photo
showing that the product is sealed and undamaged. Once we have confirmed that the return can be made, you must
ship us the return at your own expense. Our Quality Department will examine the case on an individual basis and
we will contact you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the product does not offer the level of
quality that Joselito guarantees, please email us at store@joselito.com explaining the reason for the return and
we will indicate the steps to follow. Our main objective is maximum customer satisfaction, therefore, we will
offer a possible solution in the shortest possible time.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
How can I pay?
-You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) through our website. If you choose to pay by
card, you will need the following details to process your payment: Cardholder Card number Card expiry date CSC
(Security code on the back of the card) -You can also pay by bank transfer. When placing your order, under
“Payment method” select “Payment by bank transfer”. Your bank details will appear on the next page after
clicking “Finalise purchase”, as well as in the email you will receive when you submit your order. Once we have
received the transfer, we will send your order within the established period.
