INGREDIENTS

Joselito Pork Loin (54%), puff pastry (21%) (wheat flourvegetable oils, water, lemon juice and salt), mushroom duxelle (16%) (mushrooms, liquid cream, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper)(sulphites), bacon (7%) and pasteurised  liquid egg.

Contains: Gluten, Egg, Milk and Milk Products (including Lactose) and Sulphites)

CONSERVATION

Store in the freezer at -18 °C.

Once defrosted, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.

If the product thaws, consume it and never refreeze it.

PREPARATION

  1. Thaw beforehand in the fridge for 24 hours
  2. Remove the cardboard packaging and the plastic tray
  3. Preheat the oven to 150 °C, convection
  4. Bake the Wellington in the oven for 40 minutes and ensuring that the puff pastry doesn’t get too browned
