All our shipments are carried out with maximum security and in the best conditions to
guarantee the perfect condition of all the goods. The specialised companies selected to
carry out the transport are SEUR24H for national shipments, UPS for international
shipments and SEUR Frío for those requiring refrigeration. A guarantee of quality and

Returns

dissatisfaction with the product you have received.
All product returns will be checked at the factory by our specialised Quality personnel and once they have been analysed, you will be informed of the result of this analysis and whether they should return the product or send a new one.
To request a refund, fill in a form indicating the reason for which you are requesting a refund and include a series of photographs to prove this condition. Our Quality team will contact you to coordinate the collection of the product for analysis.
