Artisanal product from adult pigs raised in the wild and fed 100% naturally. Joselito Pancetta is obtained from the thoracic and abdominal regions and goes through the traditional process of salting, seasoning, and curing, with a touch of thyme and rosemary that adds refinement to an already aromatic product.
Joselito Pancetta should be enjoyed sliced into very fine, almost transparent slices. It is an artisanal piece, flavorful, with a soft and creamy texture that will delight guests at the table.
The ingredients of Joselito Pancetta are: pork belly, sea salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
12 months of natural curing.
Vacuum-packed and wrapped in Joselito design paper.
Joselito Pancetta should be stored in a cool, dry place until consumption.
Remove Joselito Pancetta from the packaging at least 60 minutes before consumption.
To fully appreciate the organoleptic qualities of Joselito Pancetta, it should be served at room temperature, between 20–25 ºC.
Sublime creaminess that seduces every corner of the mouth with its juiciness. Subtly soft consistency, with a delicate taste of the aromatic herbs used in its preparation, such as thyme and rosemary. The pancetta also stands out for its hint of pepper, which gives presence to a product so soft it melts upon contact with the mouth.
