CONSERVATION
Joselito Vintage ham should be stored at a temperature between 4 and 10 °C.
PREPARATION
Remove the Vintage Joselito Ham from the fridge at least 24 hours before consumption.
CONSUMPTION
To fully appreciate the organoleptic qualities of Joselito Vintage Ham, it should be served at room temperature, between 20 and 25 °C. For a superior aesthetic result, serve on the Vista Alegre plate.
