The Joselito Cabezada is a highly tender and juicy cut of meat, with just the right amount of fat marbling to give it an extraordinary flavour.

The combination of this exceptional meat with pumpkin and spring onion provides unique and very different flavours and nuances.

INGREDIENTS

Joselito Cabezada (52%) (extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper) sauce (20%) (water, red wine(sulphites), onion, crushed tomato (tomato and salt), port wine (sulphites), cornstarch express (lactose), extra virgin olive oil and sugar) pumpkin (16%) and spring onions. 

Contains: Milk and milk products (including lactose) and sulphites. 

CONSERVATION

Store in the refrigerator, between 1 and 8 °C.

PREPARATION

Stovetop: 

  1. Remove from cardboard packaging and plastic tray
  2. Heat over low/medium heat for 5 minutes and stir gently


Microwave:

  1. Remove from cardboard packaging
  2. Pierce the top of the film with a knife
  3. Heat for 2'30'' at 800W
  4. Stir gently to bind the sauce
