Joselito Gran Reserva is a fine leg ham with golden-rosaceous fat and soft and oily consistency. It shows different red tonalities and numerous shining streaky fat infiltrations which melt on the palate. It has a smooth and delicate flavour, slightly sweet at the beginning, which later surprises for the creaminess of its fat fused in the palate in a sublime way.
